Making a Return? No Worries
We're sorry your order didn't work out, and we're happy to make things right.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the return request must be initiated within 30 days of your original purchase date (as shown on your order confirmation email).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit
- Returns received in damaged/worn/used/not new/not in original packaging condition.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts.
- Gift cards.
- Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date or after 14 days of the return request approval (the earliest of the 2 options).
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or shipped a defective item.
Sales or Discount Codes
If you applied a coupon code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
