Families can take nature walks together in their own neighborhoods, parks or national forests. Examining nature as you walk alone or with others is a great way to get closer to your own thoughts too. Speeding up to a jog or run can get you in touch with your heart rate speeds too.\n\n Yoga or tai chi in the park with birds chirping around you is a fun way to rejuvenate outdoors with a group or on your own. Find poses that integrate in with the landscape.\n\n\nHiking in forests or to waterfall locations brings you closer to nature in a larger format. Who doesn’t feel rejuvenated with a mountain range or cascading waterfall behind them?\n\n Taking to the water in a row boat, kayak, paddleboat brings you to the peaceful (or more rapid waters).\n\n\nTake in an outdoor concert to enjoy nature and feel music within a beautiful setting.\n\nGo camping even if it is just in your backyard. Finding rejuvenation with the simpler parts of life and a basic need for survival can also rejuvenate you before the Monday morning commute.\n\nHowever you find rejuvenation in the great outdoors, just get out there! Find you own peace and tranquility or raise your heart rate and survival skills.
